Career Vision is a division of the non-profit Ball Foundation,
committed to helping individuals discover and develop their
potential since 1975. Several of our staff are proud NIU
Alumni and have family members attending NIU.
We have worked with generations of families who use our services
as a rite of passage to adulthood. We are also strong advocates
of increasing the nation's Career Literacy - the knowledge
