Individual Career Planning Services

Too often career planning is a process that results in an impersonal computerized report telling you what you should be. The Career Vision approach is dramatically different. It begins with a comprehensive assessment which includes your aptitude profile, or natural talents, which significantly distinguishes our consulting process from all others. Your consultant will discuss your results and personalized career recommendations, referring to your career portfolio. Since aptitudes and interests are the best predictors of success and happiness in one's career, you will learn why and how certain career options and college majors are a particularly excellent fit for you. We also provide tools and resources to assist you with career exploration activities, decision-making, and planning.

Each Advantage Package includes:

• Career Vision Alumni Network membership provides lifelong access to career and educational planning. Typical support has been related to decisions about internships, graduate school, tips on job search and fit, evaluation of opportunities, and many other resources.

Silver Advantage Package

This package includes the basic ingredients of effective career planning. We incorporate 12 essential aptitudes, as well as interests and values surveys into the assessment series.

These results, career recommendations and related college majors are shared in a private 1.5-hour conference with an experienced career consultant.

Silver Convenience Package

This package is identical to the Silver Package, but capitalizes on technology to deliver your assessments via the internet and your consultation via telephone.

Gold Advantage Package

This package is designed for self-directed individuals or families who choose to save time and money by jump-starting the career exploration process with the best assessment information and solid recommendations provided by a career expert. The Gold Package provides:

A comprehensive assessment with over 20 aptitudes (including several hands-on aptitudes), a self-rating of abilities, interests and values surveys, and a personality report.

A 3-hour interactive conference to discuss the assessment results, recommendations for careers and related college majors.

It is designed to help you (or your child) understand how your unique abilities translate into the recommended careers.
