Parent Story: Grandparent Richard Felter
Cedar Rapids, Iowa
I express to you how pleased I have been with the services
of your organization. I have had the privilege of bringing
four of my grandchildren and the daughter of a close friend
to Career Vision. In each instance, the results have been
right on.
The first grandchild has graduated from Iowa State University
with a degree in Horticulture-Turf Management. He is now working
at the Cedar Rapids Country Club and loving it. The superintendent
is pleased with his commitment and knowledge. This occupation
was top of the list from Career Vision.
The second grandchild is attending Kirkwood Junior College
and working full time as an assistant manager at a local coffee
house. He tested well for business. He lives with me, and
when he comes home from work, his observations and suggestions
are demonstrative of good business acumen. Again Career Vision
was right on.
Third, my granddaughter is now moving to San Francisco to
attend the International College of Cosmetology. Her Career
Vision testing showed that she would be best suited to "hands
on" study and occupation. The assessment also indicated
that a junior college or small college would be best suited
to her talents. She tested high in creativity and art. Her
choice seems well suited to her results.
The fourth student is now attending Kirkwood Junior College
and is looking forward to enrolling in a "real college."
Kirkwood is reputed to be one of the finest in the nation,
so I chuckle at the real college statement. A lovely girl
and will do well, so we are pursuing her major.
I will be bringing in the fifth grandchild this spring as
she is a junior in Washington High School and doing well.
She is considering Law, so we'll see how she tests out.
By now, my family and I are very pleased with the professionalism
and results from our experience with Career Vision. I recommend
the services to those I have opportunity to do so. I also
add that the consultants who worked with us were very attentive,
professional and knowledgeable.
We were first made aware of Career Vision from some friends
who sent their son a number of years ago. He graduated from
Iowa State University and has been employed at the John Deere
Company in Des Moines, Iowa. He followed the recommendations
of Career Vision and feels he is in the right position, and
thoroughly enjoys it.
I most heartily endorse the Career Vision research and testing
