How Satisfied Are You with Your Job?
According to a survey released February, 2007 by The Conference
Board, chances are you or someone you know may be experiencing
some dissatisfaction with their work. According to the survey
results, less than half of all Americans reported being satisfied
with their jobs.
Their findings also report that the level of satisfaction
for employees under the age of 25 is at the lowest level in
the survey's 20-year history. Less than 40% of employees in
that age group reported that they are satisfied with their
jobs. These results are bad news for employers and employees.
The first step in addressing dissatisfaction with your job
is having a clear understanding of what is and is not working
for you. If you or someone you know is not satisfied with
